b. JCI Programs registration open
Registration for the JCI Programs is now open! Do you want to nominate an outstanding public speaker, is your country great at debating or do you wish to formalize a twinning program with another local or national organization? Have you run any outstanding project or program this year that you would like to submit to the JCI Awards Program? Then sign up today – and don’t forget that all entries need to be approved by the National President before the deadline of May 4!

The COC has been sending out an e-mail to each NP this morning offering help to book a room at the HQ Hotel in Kanazawa. Please kindly get back to them ASAP, indicating what kind of room you would like to book.

April 10 is the deadline to pay your membership dues. Please contact me urgently if you haven’t received your invoice and let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Please note that being non-financial will affect your organizational rights, including voting rights in General Assembly.

Have you wondered how your Local Organizations can participate in the Project Impact 100 campaign that we have been launching to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the JCI Movement? Check out this brand-new toolkit and share it with your Local Presidents and any members interested in joining the celebrations through community work!

a. EU Know-How Transfer updates
As communicated at the EPM in Serbia, we would like to ask all those NPs that have not yet assigned a national appointee for the European Know-How Transfer from September 27 to October 1, 2015 in Brussels to please do so. Kindly send the name and contact details to JCI Area Manager Sara Lengauer. The appointee should function as first contact person for delegates of his/her national organization concerning questions to the program. Further, he/she should be the first contact in the national organization for WHQ concerning the EU KHT.
Registration is now open! Please share these 1-2-3safe-the-dates with your members or give them to your national appointee to help them promote the event :)

b. JCI European Academy Updates

Dear National President colleagues, dear national boards,
sunny greetings from Stockholm!
Yesterday there has been sent an e-mail with log-in information for JCI European Academy nomination page to all official country@jci.ccaddresses.
There you see, from which members the application has come and you can download the applications eg. for the board too see then, and then nominate your 3 first delegates and 3 reserves. There are still many NOMs that have not sent all six possible applications - try to get them in as soon as possible via http://www.jcisweden.se/jciea/applications-instructions/candidate-application-form/!
The deadline for national organizations to send the nominations is 27.4. You can also contact the COC to close the nominating earlier and get the invoices sooner. If you didn't get the log-in e-mail or have any other problems, remember to use your National President red line jciea-np@jcisweden.se.
